Returns policy:
We offer a full money back guarantee, with the exception of Diki garments which are made to order.
Items must be returned to Frenchknickers.com within 14 days of delivery, complete with original packaging and labels in tact. The goods must be in their original condition and unsoiled. Providing these conditions are met we will be glad to offer a full refund or exchange. Postage will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office or Courier service.
Due to the fact that DIKI garments are made to order we regret that only faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded.
We will endeavour to refund as soon as possible, and in all cases no later than 28 days from the refund/exchange being agreed.
Payment methods:
All of the prices on this site are in British pound sterling. We accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and SWITCH (and any others if applicable to Worldpay). International transactions will be charged at the exchange rates current at the time of transaction. We also accept fax card orders (see how to order) crossed cheques in British sterling made payable to frenchknickers.com. Orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared.
All credit and debit card details given over the internet are secure, encrypted and processed by Worldpay.
We use Worldpay to secure high levels of antifraud protection and sophisticated security techniques. All personal details are securely protected. We adhere to the legal provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984.
Delivery:
We deliver our goods as soon as possible, and we aim to effect delivery by 3 working days.
In the event that an item is out of stock, or if it is a made to measure, delivery times may take longer. We will always notify you by email, or your preferred method of contact, if we cannot dispatch your order within 3 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date.
Post and Packaging:
A charge for post and packaging is added to all orders.
