Q.Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?
A.Yes you can. Look at the gift service page for more details.
Q. Can I return my purchase if it does not fit?
A. Yes, with the exception of DIKI garments which are made to order and will only be accepted if returned when faulty. Take care to get your measurements right. Refer to the measurements page if you need help. Don't forget we are only an e-mail away, feel free to ask for guidance if you are unsure on sizes. If you do return your product we will do our best to supply you with your preferred size, or a full refund. See our terms and conditions page for more details.
Q. What if you are out of stock?
A. We will let you know as soon as we have received your order if it is currently out of stock. We will give you an estimated delivery date once it has been confirmed by the manufacturer. You may of course cancel your order if the date is not satisfactory. We can help if you wish to choose another garment.
Q. What if I want something that you dont seem to have?
A. Let us know what you really want and desire. It is after all our intention to make all of the best products (french knickers of course) available for you.
Q. How long will it take to get here?
A. We do our best to deliver your order as promptly as possible. See our terms and conditions page for more details. Orders are being handled in the order they come in and our goal is to ship all orders within three business days.
Q. Are you looking to develop stockists in different regions around the world for the range of goods that you offer?
A. Definately, opportunities exist for stock holders and re-sellers around the world. This fits into our ideas of a fast and efficient supply process.
Q. What if the items are faulty?
A.We have yet to have any items returned to us faulty. We hope you don't prove us wrong but we do pride ourselves on quality checking each piece of lingerie. Needless to say, faulty goods will be either replaced or refunded.
Q. Do you only sell frenchknickers?
A. Well, look at the site and see for yourself the full range of lingerie that we sell. We are always open to suggestions from clients and will do our best to source a style of underwear that you are searching for.
Q. Will you have my size?
A. We stock a range of sizes from size 8 to 16, bra cups A to D. We will of course be happy to order other sizes for our clients and don't forget the bespoke made to measure service from Diki.
