We'll ship your order as soon as we can, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries in your area, such as extreme weather or postal strikes.

United Kingdom - £4.99 

Delivery within 2-3 working days from despatch  (Royal Mail)

Express delivery offer on orders over £100

Rest of World - £12.50

Delivery 5-10 working days from despatch

Europe - order by midnight GMT on Wednesday 16th December to get your order by Christmas (subject to availability)

Canada, USA, South & Central America, Middle East, Far East, Australia - order by midnight GMT on Monday 14th December to get your order by Christmas (subject to availability)

Customs, duty & taxes

You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty - if any - depends on the type of goods and their value. Some items can be imported without paying any duty at all. 

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be.

Please note:  It's a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.
